Athens NYS Boat Ramp
Boat Ramp
The site is part of the Hudson River Greenways water trail, and has kayak storage racks and a boat ramp. Nearby is a restaurant, picnic area, and lodging. The boat launch is the one of several in the area to be renewed under the Hudson Eagles Recreation Area, an initiative launched in 2022 to improve public access and resiliency on the wild stretch of the Hudson between Kingston and Albany and enhance connections to the waterfront communities in the region.
