Bloomfield is a town located in Essex County, Vermont, United States. It lies on the west side of the Connecticut River and is also watered by branches of the Nulhegan. The settlement of Bloomfield is in the southern corner of the town, at the mouth of the Nulhegan River in the Connecticut, and is connected by bridge to the village of North Stratford, New Hampshire. The town is part of the Berlin, NH-VT Micropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 217 at the 2020 census. Bloomfield offers a blend of natural beauty and rural charm, making it a unique place to visit or live.
