Informal, unimproved ramp for cartop launches only. Off Mill Street in North Hartland, VT, north of the covered bridges. An unmarked steep dirt road access lead down to the Ottauquechee River. Turn right turn onto a dirt road after crossing the twin covered bridges.
This site is part of the Connecticut River Paddlers Trail, which includes campsites, access points, and portage trails along the river.
