River Access Point

Development near Occoquan Bay National Wildlife Refuge includes golf course and marina. The Belmont Bay Marina opened in 2001, the first deep-water marina built in Northern Virginia in more than 15 years. It features 158 slips, parking, fuel stations, and a laundromat.
