Capital Yacht Club

Established in 1892, the Capital Yacht Club has been a fixture on on the Washington waterfront for more than a century. In recent years, the club had a facility on the Washington Channel with 79 slips and a restaurant in the clubhouse. In 2017, the club began construction of a new clubhouse as part of the massive Wharf development. The new clubhouse overlooks the club docks providing monumental views, a relaxed atmosphere, and DC hospitality. The club is heavily involved with racing, sponsoring several regattas each year.
