Town Creek is a 41-mile long tributary of the Potomac that starts in Bedford County, Pennsylvania and empties into the Potomac about 4 miles east of Oldtown, MD. The Town Creek Aqueduct carries the C&O Canal across the creek near its confluence with the Potomac.
