The Cadosia Access point is off NY Route 268 near the confluence of Cadosia Creek and the East Branch of the Delaware. Cadosia is a hamlet in Delaware County, New York, located about one mile from the village of Hancock, upstream on the East Branch. Cadosia Creek flows through Cadosia and is a popular trout fishing spot. Cadosia was once a station on the New York, Ontario and Western Railway, which operated from 1868 to 1957.

The Cadosia Access Site is a hand-launch area designed for kayaks, canoes, and drift boats. The site features an accessible parking lot for about 4 cars and a gravel path leading to a hand-launch shoreline. Launching from here puts you on the lower section of the East Branch, just above where it meets the West Branch Junction Pool in Hancock to form the main stem of the Delaware River. This stretch features a mix of flat water, fast runs, riffles, and deep pools. Because it is a tailwater section controlled by upstream dam releases, it maintains a relatively steady flow even in dry summer months.
