Photo of Little Creek WMA

Little Creek Wildlife Management Area, located east of Dover, Delaware, spans over 4,700 acres of tidal marshes, impoundments, and agricultural fields that support a rich diversity of waterfowl, shorebirds, and native wildlife. Managed by DNREC’s Division of Fish & Wildlife, the area offers seasonal hunting, birding, and fishing opportunities, with a boardwalk and observation tower for wildlife viewing. The Little Creek Boat Ramp, situated near the intersection of Route 9 and Main Street, provides direct access to Little Creek and the broader Delaware Bay, making it a popular launch for kayakers, anglers, and small boaters. A Conservation Access Pass is required for motor vehicle entry, and the ramp shares a parking area with a public fishing pier.
