The Scudder Bridge carries Interstate 295 over the Delaware from Bucks County, Pa. to Mercer County, N. J. onstructed between 2017 and 2022, the bridge is 1,834-foot-long with dual seven-span continuous welded steel-plate girder superstructures, each consisting of seven field-spliced girders. The Scudder Falls shared use path allows a new NJ-PA connection between the PA Delaware Canal Park and the NJ Delaware & Raritan Canal Park. It crosses over the Delaware River along 295's upstream span. Walkers & cyclists can now traverse the 1,587 foot walkway between Ewing Township (Mercer County, NJ) and Lower Makefield Township (Bucks County, PA).
