Also known as Narrow Falls Rift, these Class II rapids at river mile 279.5 require significant maneuvering to avoid submerged and protruding rocks. The left side should be avoided; it’s too shallow at moderate and low water levels. The main channel flows through the right-center, but there are a number of boulders that can lead to capsizing.
