Upper Glen is a site in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. The Upper Glen Trailhead is located across Old Mine Road from the Upper Glen Parking area. The trailhead is on Vancampens Brook on Van Campens Glen Trail in Delaware Water Gap NRA, Appalachian Mountains near Saw Creek, NJ. The Upper Glen Trailhead is a moderately easy trail with a length of 1.1 miles, one-way and an elevation change of 195 feet. Swimming and wading are not permitted anywhere along the Van Campens Brook. The 70,000-acre park follows 40 miles of the Middle Delaware National Scenic and Recreational River through the Delaware Water Gap.
