Portland Waterfront Park
Public Access
A gravel ramp reaches the Delaware just upstream of the Portland-Columbia Pedestrian Bridge on the Pennsylvania side of the river. Part of the Portland Waterfront Park, the site has parking for 10 vehicles on Delaware Ave. and is best suited for canoes and kayaks. There are no restrooms.
