Port Jervis is a small city in western Orange County, New York, located at the confluence of the Neversink and Delaware rivers. It is also known as the River City and the Gateway to the Upper Delaware River. Port Jervis has a population of 8,775 as of 2020 and is part of the Minisink region that spans three states: New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Port Jervis has a rich history and culture, with many historic buildings, museums, parks and festivals. It also offers many outdoor activities, such as hiking, biking, fishing and rafting.
