Horrible experience. No way to get to the dam without going through River Riders property and they discouraged us from doing so. Take this place off your list your not going to get there.

Beautiful rural walk or ride through the campground out to the dam. This is where the barge ended up in the flood.

Literally just ruins of some old dam. Don’t waste your time with this one, it’s literally not a great “ruin” site.

Not a popular place so you can be alone and have some fun in the river.

It's a dam shame it was removed. That ruined river frontage property and boating up river to Shepherdstown!
