Water pump didn't work.

Can dip your feet in the river after a long day on the trail

Fairly standard C&O Canal campsite, but I'd say a 3 of 5 for river access. Hard to spot from the rive and no easy way up to it without some scrambling. I'd prefer C&O to have a little more river side access for paddler like myself.

Nice campsite, very remote. Plenty of sycamores, black walnut trees, and boxelders.
