Small and little known kayak/picnic area behind Ryken High school. A great place to bring kids, it's calm and secluded and as said, not many know it's actually there. There is a pier here, however it is the property of the homeowners in the vicinity of this small recreational area and I'm not quite sure if one can go on it. There is a table here to for one to sit and eat or relax at, as well as a small sandy strip (I'd call it a beach but it's quite small), and as far as I'm aware dogs are allowed here, however, there are trees that grow in the area that drop a fruit called and Osage Orange, which whilst not harmful for humans, can be poisonous for pets, but other than that, it's great.

Nice, very small launch area for canoes and kayaks.
