My husband has tried to reach out numerous times, no one answered. Very unorganized and unprofessional. I'm not trying to come off as a Karen but I genuinely have never had this type of service before. Moved his stuff without telling him. You guys need to be more professional and learn how to give customers the best experience because they are paying customers at the end of the day, and from the other reviews I've seen it looks like we're not the only ones who've experienced this. I really do hope I am able to change my opinion in the future about you guys.

If you haven’t visited Dennis-point Campground in Southern MD - you are surely missing out on a great place. This is my first year seasonal here & it has been amazing experience. Heather (the Office Manager) makes sure all the campers have a great experience & want to return for another season/year. From the sites & the water activities - to all the fun events planned by the staff at DP - you couldn’t ask to be a better place!

As a current customer, this marina has given me so many problems, and Everytime there was a problem and I complained, they would never respond to my complaint but just with the next monthly bill, not only that but a price was and agreed and was told that how much I would be paying. And all the sudden it changed not once but twice. Everytime I tried calling or emailing for the past 4 months, no response ever. Have sent over 40 emails and had even called at least 100+ times throughout the 4 months. Luckily today the phone was picked up to pay my bill. As a customer, I would definitely not recommend this marina, and would avoid it if possible, till then my thoughts on this marina will not change until these problems have been fixed.
(Many more problems than just the ones I mentioned)

Came in from out of state to visit family, and stayed in a cabin while my family stayed in campers. Check in was easy, the people in the office were very friendly. The cabin was more than I had expected- it was clean, more spacious than expected, stocked with a few essentials (which i wasn't expecting) and had nice, hot water for the shower. I grew up camping here and am so glad most of the campground has stayed pretty much the same- but now even better, because of this easy, lovely option. Bring your own linen but there is a coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven.
