Nice, well kept park close to the water. Perfect for young kids, during daylight hours. Nice playground, and decent parking. Great walking trails too. This is not a huge playground, but it's perfect for kids under 10.

Perfect for small boats kayaks and SUP's

20 years strong going here , and love it. I have seen it renovated to its full potential and its great. The little store is upgraded and nice and you can rent kyaks too. There is a hose for boat wash-down or whatever, and two clean port-a-potties. Fishing is decent but really not a good area for kids because of the boats in and out and the hang ups close to shore--you need to be casting out into the channel for success. However, the park and pavilion area are awesome and can be rented at the town hall--which has actual bathroom key. Grills and picnic tables on site. NO SHADE on pier!
