An absolute gem of a place, owned and managed by absolute gems of people. Owner Annie and her partner Captain Asa put their heart and soul into this place over the years since it was bought back in the pandemic. They are some of the most patient and considerate people I have ever met.

Their Yeocomico Club and the property is private, but day passes, kayak rentals, AirBnB, or an annual membership are all ways to be granted access to the property ammenities; as well as to the events and Lucky's seasonal restaurant on the upper deck.

Seasonal events are some of the best in the area, all the food at Lucky's is always something special thanks to Katy and Josh's attention to detail and pride in their services, Wednesdays is open sail day to get the community out on the water and learning, they run summer camps for the children where they learn about the ecosystem, history, and sailing in the area, and there is more. Check them out!

Super-friendly staff, a beautiful area to anchor, a cute town, and the closest grocery store to a marina that we have seen in five years of cruising.
The lady I spoke with even sent a picture of our anchored boat during a beautiful sunrise.

The Slip is a great little get-a-way place for sailors or for weekenders looking to get away from the business of the week.
The new owner has been fixing up the facilities (swimming pool, club house, docks, showers, etc). A general store and a bar are opening soon this year. There is also an AirBnB available.
We docked our sailboat at the pier that has water and electric. The shower house is completely updated and clean.
Annie, the owner is a great hostess and went out of her way to make our stay a memorable one. We will definitely be back.

A must visit if you are in the area. Kayak, and paddle board rentals. Or launch your own for a small fee. The pool is spotless. Shower and bathrooms are newly renovated. Quiet and beautiful!
