Great adventure with kids, the river was lovely, water clear, lots of wildlife. Our guide Brent was a real delight, we all had great time. Highly recommended if you’re feeling adventurous!

My children and I went white water rafting with River and Trail Outfitters on 7/21/2025.
It was an amazing time! While traveling down the river, we were welcomed by bald eagles and a golden eagle. The staff was excellent! Not only did our guide go out of their way to ensure we had a great time, but he also shared some of his historical knowledge of Harpers Ferry. Also, the entire trip was safe and professional. I highly recommend rafting with River and Trail Outfitters, I am certain you will have an excellent time.

We had an amazing time on our first white-water rafting trip. Being on the water was so peaceful, and the rapids were fun and manageable. (On our next trip, we'll probably go for slightly more challenging rapids.) Our raft guide, Drew, was fantastic. He wanted us to have the best experience possible! We hope to go out on the water with River & Trail Outfitters again soon!

I had an amazing time with friend on the rafts. I think the instructions prior to the event. Iuld have been given in a more detailed manner especially for persons joining for the first time. Other than this small but important detail, we had a blast.

The entire staff was friendly, professional, and well-organized, making the whole adventure smooth and enjoyable. A special shoutout to our tour guide, Tom (Tommy) — he was incredibly informative, funny, and kept the group both safe and entertained throughout the trip. His energy and knowledge made the day even better. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a fun and memorable outdoor experience. Definitely a trip to remember!
