My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of renting this restaurant for our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner service in June 2025. The event was exceptional. The venue itself is stunning—intimate, warm, and full of character, making it the perfect backdrop for such a meaningful occasion.
The staff was attentive and professional throughout the entire day, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Our guests are still raving about the food. Chef Colby was a joy to work with—engaged in the planning process and full of thoughtful, creative alternatives to accommodate both our adventurous palates and the dietary restrictions of our guests.

The owner, Beverley, went above and beyond on the day of the event. Her presence and support made all the difference, and her commitment to making sure we felt taken care of was evident.

We also dined here earlier in the year for Valentine’s Day and had a similarly memorable experience. Whether you're planning a major event or simply looking for a special night out, we wholeheartedly recommend this gem of a restaurant.

We went here for our 1st wedding anniversary this past weekend. It was such a special occasion made bittersweet by the fact that they are closing permanently this week.

The food and drinks were delicious, the ambiance pleasant, and the staff knowledgeable and friendly.

I will cherish the evening we spent there. It reminded us that with the right people in the right setting, eating a meal can be transformed into an act of gratitude and celebration.

I hope there is another farm to table restaurant opening in the DMV what will carry on the mantle of this institution for future generations to enjoy!

Great for special occasions. Went for my birthday and was given personalized menu. John was amazing. Giving great explanations of food, history and wines. Food was clearly prepared with care, love and attention to detail. We had the choice on whether to sit inside beautiful dining room or outside on covered patio. Would definitely go back.

We came here for a birthday dinner and was pleasantly surprised at how intimate and scenic this location was! We had a 9-course tasting menu and each dish was both delicious and distinct from the rest. Had a few cocktails and the hidden gem was my favorite (light grey goose blueberry and I believe chamomile?). Shout out to our server John who made this evening absolutely perfect. At the end he introduced us to the talented pastry chef Michael who was a delight as well! Cannot recommend the Restaurant at Patowmack Farm enough!

This is a magical place!
From the greeting to the music, everything here is utterly brilliant.
They were incredibly accommodating when I had to change the reservation by a day and then they were absolutely wonderful throughout the dinner experience.
The food is fantastic. My photos don't do it justice but every looked wonderful and tasted magnificent.
I am already looking at booking again as the menu changes regularly. I can't wait
