A wonderful place to visit!
Colvin Run Mill is an incredible historical site and truly worth the trip. The grounds are beautiful, and the mill itself is fascinating. Huge thanks to Kristen for an amazing tour — she is incredibly knowledgeable and engaging, and she made the whole experience even better.

They mill wheat from April to November, and we’ll definitely be coming back to see it in action — but even without the milling, it was an amazing place to visit.
Don’t forget to stop by the general store where you can pick up great souvenirs and real flour made right here at the mill. Highly recommend!

This is a small historic park. It has a house, Mill, iron workshop, general shop, a large picnic area,, trails,, etc... plenty of parking. I've been here several times, and it's a great place for photography. If I remember correctly, we took pictures here for one of my photography classes. When I visited today, I spotted 2 deer... so cute! This park is also very dogfriendly.
