This is one of the best, if not the best, marinas in the area. Nice and clean with friendly boaters and staff, located by a couple of large parks.
We saw foxes and deer running around just outside the marina entrance.

Lots of different types of watercrafts for rent, from puddle boards to pontoon boats. Everything looks like new and well maintained.

A family of Ospreys or Sea hawks has a nest just 30 feet from the transient slip and very fun to watch.

If you are a boater, this is a great location to come for a few days as it's pretty close to Alexandria and Washington and still has enough water for a decent size boat (4' draft of less). Just watch for the tides because the water changes around 3' in this area. It's a full service marina if you need any maintenance or repair for your boat.

The marina is nested in an inlet off the Potomac River surrounded by beautiful nature and incredible views. It also offers great resources for boaters and owners who pay for slips. Resources include clean bathrooms with full showers, grills, shore power and fresh water, and assistance during working hours. The only downside is the lack of food. A small restaurant that offers sandwiches and beer would be amazing, but with all the restaurants in the Woodbridge area it wouldn’t take long to find a good place to chow down.

Nice facilities, and very clean. Plenty of dockhands also has gas and diesel fuel. Kayak rentals, boat rentals all in one the stop shop highly recommended

Great people, great place to keep your boat, 24 hr fuel.

Update 4 June 22... Terry and his crew do a great job looking after my dad. As he is getting older they do that little extra bit here and there that makes this marina worth every bit of slip fee.

We love this marina. Terry and staff work very hard to keep everything clean and in good working order. The covered dock is a wonderful place to hang out for 'docktails' rain or shine. They offer fuel at a slight discount to slip holders and offer limited pump out service. There are at least 5 separate bathrooms with toilet sink & showers.
One is handicap accessible. Many of the slipholders are members of the Occoquan Yacht Club which is an awesome group of people.

It's a quick trip up Neabsco to get out into the Potomac to either head North to destinations such as Belmont Bay or all the way up to The Wharf in DC. Heading south to Rick's or Tim's Rivershore II at Fairview or all the way out past Cole's point & into the Chesapeake.
