Two days into a 21-day tour, I had a major blowout on the rear tubeless tire. Hub was too tight to remove, valve stem got bent, and sealant just poured out of the crack. My ride was over. Walked five miles, finally got a ride, rented a truck, and called ahead to find Ray at the end of the rainbow. He waited for me to drive 80 miles, put in new tires and old-school tubes (no more tubeless for me!), adjusted gears fouled by C&O, and got me on my way on an hour. I've ridden all over the US, Canada, and New Zealand, and I've never found such expert service. Even if you don't need repairs, drop in and buy supplies or merch. Keep this shop going. Thanks, Ray.

Great shop on the C&O Canal trail in Cumberland, MD. They had everything my group was looking for and more. So if you are floating by and need something for your bike stop in. The staff was great and helped out with all of our needs.

We stopped in from the GAP trail. These guys were so helpful! It's worth stopping in just to see the guys even if you're only passing by in the trail. Great bike shop!

The Owner Hutch, A.K.A. "Jesus" (its the hair) is an absolute hoot, and a great business owner. We called from the road in Frostburg, worried we would waste much of our next planned cycling day on the GAP. He said come on over, stayed open past time on Thursday 2 SEP to help two random out of town bicyclists.

He not only helped but let me in the sacred space in the shop and showed me how to deal with the wheel on my Cannondale Topstone...I was afraid of the disc brakes [had tube, levers and pump], but had not practised removing a wheel or bothered to watch a YouTube video.

I had spent 32 glorious miles on the GAP with my wonderful spouse...last 2 walked in cleats! Painful lesson on preparing ahead of time...so embarressed and me a boy scout and Army Vet.
