Tell me why we purchased tickets to take us back across the river after our soccer game, got there on time along with probably 15 other people and the boat never showed up. This is on the hottest day of the summer - it’s night and still over 90 degrees. People are getting sick, we waited for over an hour. This was miserable and ridiculous. On top of paying the expensive ticket prices for the boat, we then had to struggle and find an uber - which charged us over 60 bucks. Never using this again.

The water taxi service was fantastic! The ride was smooth and efficient, offering beautiful views along the way. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional, making sure everyone felt comfortable and informed. They went above and beyond to assist with directions and recommendations. A truly excellent experience—I highly recommend it!

Great experience on the Miss Mallory getting a tour from Alexandria to Georgetown and back. It was really nice to be able to sit up top, and on the sides so I could get 360* great views! The audio part of the tour was really interesting and as soon as I thought of a question, it was answered. My only suggestion would be somehow a way to connect my headphones to the tour so I could hear better when the planes were overhead, or babies were babbling inside. It was also perfect that inside there was AC, a snack bar, and restrooms. The trip is the perfect length for everyone. I also loved that I was able to book my return trip later than my arrival so I could explore georgetown for a couple hours before returning. Will definitely do again when more friends and family come to visit!

Reasonable water taxi from Georgetown to Alexandria to National Harbor. The vessel has a lower level a/c cabin and bathroom, and an open-air upper deck offering wide open unobstructed views. Perfect to get an overview and see the waterways and snap some good photos.

Enjoyed the water taxi from the wharf to Alexandria. Only 5 passengers on the 11:45am ride on a Thursday-wonderful to have a non crowded experience. Friendly crew and clean boat.
