Great park and miles of hiking trails. We saw foxes, chicken of the woods, many different birds, snakes and tons of old growth trees on our first hike. The park shares space with a horse boarder but outside of some horse poop in a few spots, you don't see many horses on the trails. If you've been to Mason Neck nearby, give this one a try as well. We went on a Sunday afternoon and the trails weren't busy at all. Dogs are allowed and must stay on a leash. Would recommend bringing your own water unless you have a filter to fill up along your hike as you do pass by some creeks.

I would not recommend bringing a stroller because there were a lot of big roots on the path. Otherwise, nice and peaceful. It was shaded because of all the trees. Every time the trail split there was a sign showing which trail was which.
