Thank you to Rod for accepting a walk in after being denied at Fort Detrick and Walter reed. They were busy due to every other Deers office turning away walk-ins. We were in and out in about 15minutes. It’s the first time I’ve been to a competent Deers office. Every office needs a Rod!

Rod and Mary were lifesavers! I was in the area on business and needed to get my CAC renewed in a short amount of time. As a walk in, they immediately began working with me to get my new CAC. They were very pleasant and so helpful!

I had a great experience here — even as a walk-in without an appointment, the staff were patient and kept the waiting room informed. I waited a couple of hours but always felt acknowledged and could see the staff were working hard to efficiently process everyone fairly. At one point, one of the staff members even brought out cookies to ease the stress on a morning when a severe traffic accident caused many people to be late to their appointments. This ID office was much more helpful and welcoming than others I’ve visited in the area. I am surprised by the negative reviews. From what I observed, the staff handled a chaotic morning smoothly and calmly. I appreciate the staff's hard work!

The ladies in the CAC office are amazing and should be promoted! What wonderful customer service I had while picking up my CAC. Highly recommend this location for CAC services

I recently went here to get my CAC renewed while TDY. I worked with Rod who was outstanding. Friendly, professional, and very welcoming. Highly recommend Rod, and this facility if anyone needs CAC assistance.
