The woman who did my CAC was possibly the rudest person I've met in my life. Here's a list of things she did while I was there for a single appointment:

1. A customer called her while I was in her office. It was a simple, basic question. The woman interrupted and rudely told the caller that she was busy, hung up, and then proceeded to talk trash about the caller to her coworker.

2. She mocked my smile, saying it was a "I don't care" smile.

3. I came back to ask about my driver's license, which I couldn't find. Her office door was wide open, and I didn't even step a foot in. In an incredibly harsh tone of voice, she goes, "Don't you EVER step into the room while there's a customer". This was maybe 2 minutes after I had left her office.

Terrible, terrible, unprofessional behavior.

Rod and Mary were lifesavers! I was in the area on business and needed to get my CAC renewed in a short amount of time. As a walk in, they immediately began working with me to get my new CAC. They were very pleasant and so helpful!

Thank you to Rod for accepting a walk in after being denied at Fort Detrick and Walter reed. They were busy due to every other Deers office turning away walk-ins. We were in and out in about 15minutes. It’s the first time I’ve been to a competent Deers office. Every office needs a Rod!

The ladies in the CAC office are amazing and should be promoted! What wonderful customer service I had while picking up my CAC. Highly recommend this location for CAC services
