An explorer of Washington, D.C., I booked a tour to see the Blue Plains DC Water facility, the world's largest advanced water treatment facility. A part of DC Water called Bloom organizes the tours free for the public. The tour started with a presentation of what Bloom is followed by an hour tour in a van with hard hats of the facility. It was fascinating!

Wonderful staff from security to all the other workers. I experienced a pleasant attitude from everyone.

Amazing tour given by Diran! Lots of parking, great customer service. Learned a lot about the water treatment for Washington, D.C. & waste water for the surrounding areas. There is, of course, a strong, unpleasant smell at times, so be prepared for the odor. Otherwise, the tour gave me a different perspective on drinking water in the District, as well as water in general.

The Best feat's of engineering and technology combined to create an experience of the mind, as you walk down the Streets and remember what it use to look like and now what it has become. Unbelievable just what the scientific mind can complete, when steered in the right direction......
