We stayed at Lansdowne Resort for four nights with our two children and two elderly parents, and overall we had a wonderful experience.
We booked two rooms, and the hotel kindly arranged rooms directly across from each other, which was very convenient. If connecting rooms are available next time, that would make the stay even better for families.
Our children really enjoyed the pools, both indoor and outdoor. My parents also had a relaxing time resting in their room and walking around the resort. I also booked a spa service, which was very enjoyable.
Overall, the whole stay was pleasant. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit.

This a great resort. Thank you so much for hosting Eid Prayers. We appreciate the management who coordinated this event. Large gathering of people preformed Eid prayers in the ball room. This is not only a resort but on of the best places to stay in Loudoun County. The rooms are clean and the view are spectacularly stunning. 🤩

We stayed last night for my husband's work event here and we have absolutely NO complaints. This resort was so beautiful and the best part was the customer service! Literally everyone I interactes with were so pleasant and just so welcoming! I love to go place that employees actually care and like their jobs! I do want to give personal shout-out to Katty she was serving our table at the event and was incredible! She was so fun and took care of us so well, I really enjoyed meet her! Overall a great experience! Great job!

This was my second visit to the resort and I like it for myself for a staycation but not necessarily for a family vacation, just not enough for them to do unless they like golf or the pool (which is nice but not enough to entertain them long term).
The resort is beautiful and has the most lovely spa like smell piping through the lobby. #bliss

The robes and washclothes are luscious. High quality and feel great. The beds are amazing!!
Next time I go I'll come for the sound bath or a spa treatment just so I get a more full experience.

We stayed overnight in the Alcove 1 bedroom suite so that we could attend Mother's Day brunch. Based on this specific visit I would say I was underwhelmed and that the room was overpriced. The room needed to renovated, redone and refurbished. It was to the point where I couldn't really tell if a certain piece of furniture was simply old or just straight up not cleaned. There were cracks and stains in the wallpaper, and stains on the furniture and couch. And the bathroom, while large, was poorly lit and not much better than what you can get at a Best Western. If that's where I wanted to stay, I would have just gone there.

Service-wise: The staff working the brunch were helpful and polite, and the food was good. But at check-in, the employee working at the concierge seemed to be checked out for the night. He asked for my ID, handed me the the key card, and I guess assumed that I lived there because he didn't even tell me how to get to the elevators. The same guy avoided eye-contact with me and pretended to take a 3-second phone call as we were approaching the desk to check out. Always wanted to check out Landsdowne, but I can't say I recommend it.
