The lady that unloaded me at the shipping and receiving very arrogant with attitude she is the first representative of the company with the outside world. So mine opinion is negative for CSX Cumberland MD
The company should replace people like this they make the working condition difficult for other employees. And there are so many other people that will do the job better with positive attitude and make the working conditions better for other people.
