This welcome center was amazing! The ladies working there today were super friendly and welcoming right from the start.

What really impressed me was how they noticed my kids and took the time to chat with them. Those little things really make a difference and made our visit even better.

The whole place was clean, well-kept, and super inviting. There was tons of seating, and I loved all the info they had about the different counties and attractions nearby. It was a huge help for travelers.

Seriously, this is one of the best welcome centers I've ever been to. A fantastic first impression and a great stop for anyone passing through!

I have been to this Welcome Center in May and in August. It’s been my go to place in everything you need to know about Maryland’s great history. Kim and Sharon actually remembered me from my previous visit (if you’re 6’ 4” that probably does help)! They were very accommodating to me as well as everyone else that came in. It’s a wonderful and very clean facility, with places to walk your dog or just walk around and look at the Potomac River. My recent visit was to St. Mary’s County. This is a nice rest facility. Lots of good parking close to the building and the facility is well taken care of. There's a very friendly visitor center there also. Rest rooms are very clean.

Tidy welcome center with a nice view and space to walk your dog. There is also a store that is open during the day inside the main building.

Very clean and nice people would recommend to new people.
