Beautiful day, windy but was able to get some really nice pictures and walked around for about an hour. Lots of other families and groups were there but it didn't feel crowded. The Lighthouse was open and many of the other groups were going up to the tower. Reasonable price of $5 for an out of state resident.

Poison ivy is EVERYWHERE at campsite.
Plenty of free firewood in the woods, but poison ivy makes it hard and dangerous to reach it. The pass to the beach through the woods is also completely blocked by poison ivy. We had to use our cars to access it. Bathroom is in order, it has hot water and showers.

This is a beautiful park! The water is so clear and clean. Pristine beaches an ideal for wading or kayaking. The history here is very interesting and unique.

I've been camping and visiting here since I was a child and it is always a wonderful and magic time. Fishing, crabbing, biking, you name it, its all a wonderful time.
