My children and I went white water rafting with River and Trail Outfitters on 7/21/2025.
It was an amazing time! While traveling down the river, we were welcomed by bald eagles and a golden eagle. The staff was excellent! Not only did our guide go out of their way to ensure we had a great time, but he also shared some of his historical knowledge of Harpers Ferry. Also, the entire trip was safe and professional. I highly recommend rafting with River and Trail Outfitters, I am certain you will have an excellent time.

My teen boys and I had a wonderful time rafting with our amazing guide Caleb! Our guide was excellent and extremely knowledgeable, he made the trip worthwhile. The entire process was smooth!

So much fun white water rafting! It was a beautiful day and being on the water was nice and refreshing! Our guide Brent was the best! The process is extremely smooth and they will let you know what you should and shouldn’t bring. Everyone was well taken care of and the entire crew is amazing. I 1000% recommend!

We had a great tubing trip with River & Trail Outfitters in Harpers Ferry today! The water was low (mostly 3–4 feet deep or less) and the current was very slow, making for a relaxing float. Our 8-year-old son had an awesome time swimming and playing in the river. The entire stretch took a little over two hours, and the staff made everything easy and enjoyable. A fun family outing that we’d definitely recommend!

Great adventure with kids, the river was lovely, water clear, lots of wildlife. Our guide Brent was a real delight, we all had great time. Highly recommended if you’re feeling adventurous!
