I am so impressed with this shop. They absolutely went the extra mile for me and I was blown away by their great customer service . If only all businesses were like this! I recommend them without hesitation for any bike repair or bike assembly needs you might have!

If you have a bike and care about it, go here. If you don’t have a bike but want one, go here. If you want a cycling shop that genuinely cares about your experience—go here. Full stop.

The people at this shop clearly love their jobs. Every time I stop in, I learn something new—whether it’s local routes, new technology, or small adjustments I could make to improve my bike. Their passion and expertise show with every visit, and somehow my bike leaves feeling like it’s brand new each time.

My only regret is that I live in Northern Virginia and can’t just pop in whenever I want. That said, this shop is absolutely worth the drive from wherever you are.

More and more, the cycling industry can feel a bit elitist or “holier than thou.” This shop is the complete opposite. If you want to be treated like a friend rather than just another customer, this is the place to go.

Best bike shop in the area! The staff is very knowledgable and down to earth. Kenny and Reid are artistes when it comes to bicycles and bicycle maintenance. Our family races multiple disciplines, Cyclocross, Road, and Gravel. And they have always come through.

Last week I called and spoke with Kenny. Told him I had a busted axle on my old hardtail Trek and I was from out of town and riding the C&O trail. Kenny got me right in and replaced my axle and even let me top off my water bottles!! Great place, friendly people and superior service! Stop by if you are in the area

I had a very positive experience with this bike shop. My new headset was installed in less than 24 hours (walk in) and they helped to explain my issues of concern regarding other components of the bike. I also found some gear on sale for half off which was another win. Labor prices are very fair as well as part prices. I will be back here for all my bicycle needs.
