I asked the Pro shop to cut down the steerer tube on my Pinarello and they did it within an hour, and at the height I asked for. Amazing! Friendly, expert service, reasonable pricing. I highly recommend!

Made the dumb mistake during a bike ride to (attempt to) use one of the public air pumps just to end up deflating one of my tires... While in the area, we were hoping to find a bike shop so we could solve this problem. For some reason, inflating the tire got a bit trickier than first expected but, luckily, the guy with the British accent was incredibly nice and helpful! He helped me and my gf without hesitation!

I just couldn't leave without buying something, so it was a good thing that they have a decent assortment of accessories. Thanks a lot for saving our ride! 🙌🏽

I had a chance to get my 3 bikes fitted by Dr John Churan. My comfort level has improved dramatically. I no longer get numbness on my hands or low back pain. All my metrics went up. John is patient and caring during the fitting. I highly recommend a customized bicycle fitting. It will transform your riding experience.

These people are exceptionally unhelpful and I would say even arrogant. I was trying to purchase a $6000 bike and got the total brush-off. No attempt to help, happy to just hop off the phone after no help. Avoid them.

Staff is responsive via phone and answers questions well. They gave a reasonable quote for a decent repair. Good hours too.
