A little late posting, but I needed to share that my recent interactions at Bicycle Pro Shop were nothing short of excellent. Service with a smile and knowledge! 1 - I brought a newly purchased (used) bike in for some work and was greeted with eye contact, a smile and no judgement by Chris. I asked a ton of questions and Chris was patient with me and friendly. Work was completed at a fair price. It was everything the experience should be. 2 - I brought another bike I have in for some work and Jack was just as friendly and helpful. In a time when it is hard to find solid customer service (in any industry!) these guys are shining stars. A real treat! I highly recommend Bicycle Pro Shop and would go back to them for any and all bike needs. Thank you Chris and Jack!

My Specialized Allez was stolen in broad daylight on Saturday, 27 Sept from behind my house, and I was deeply crestfallen on several counts. I had bought this bike about 18 months earlier to celebrate the end of a round of cancer treatments, and its geometry / ride were perfect. Specialized bikes are no longer readily available in brick-and-mortar stores, but I was pleased to find the Bicycle Pro Shop in Georgetown. I received a friendly greeting when I walked in, was pointed to the exact model / size I was hoping for, rattled off a list of accessories that had also been taken, got a decent price for the whole kit, and rode out the door within an hour. The knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly service with great attention to details is why brick-and-mortar stores are so important, and this Bicycle Pro Shop is at the top of my 'favorites' list!

I spent over $6,000 on a high-end bike and accessories here. While the team may be technically knowledgeable, the customer experience felt cold and transactional. It often seemed like they were doing me a favor just by helping.

Andre, the owner, was especially dismissive. When I asked for help setting up the Shimano Di2 app—something you’d expect support with after a major purchase—he brushed me off saying, “we’re getting too technical here.” Not the kind of follow-up you’d hope for after dropping that kind of money. Disappointing.

Made the dumb mistake during a bike ride to (attempt to) use one of the public air pumps just to end up deflating one of my tires... While in the area, we were hoping to find a bike shop so we could solve this problem. For some reason, inflating the tire got a bit trickier than first expected but, luckily, the guy with the British accent was incredibly nice and helpful! He helped me and my gf without hesitation!

I just couldn't leave without buying something, so it was a good thing that they have a decent assortment of accessories. Thanks a lot for saving our ride! 🙌🏽

I hope all is well. I had my new tarmac sl8 expertly built by the highly skilled team in the Pro Shop. Chris even did the programming of di2 and the hood buttons on the spot. I would highly recommend to family and friends for all your cycling needs.

I had a chance to get my 3 bikes fitted by Dr John Churan. My comfort level has improved dramatically. I no longer get numbness on my hands or low back pain. All my metrics went up. John is patient and caring during the fitting. I highly recommend a customized bicycle fitting. It will transform your riding experience.
