Went for the 4th of July event last night and had a great time! Dinner was great and we had front row seats to the fireworks! HOWEVER, we had a super inappropriate encounter with one of the "seasonal slip owners". We were directed to the wrong slip upon arrival, which should have been no big deal. But it just so happened that the slip we accidently ended up in had already been reserved by someone who attended the event yearly (which we were not aware of just yet). We tied our boat up and did a walk around the vendor show to see everything going on, and just so happened to be walking back towards the dock when we saw a stranger untieing our ropes! We assumed maybe there was a problem with the ropes and he was being a good Samaritan, but when we got close he was irate and aggressively told us we were in his spot. After having to get staff involved, we become aware we were in the wrong spot and we of course moved immediately. I confronted the gentleman (who was there with his family) and asked what he intended to do with our boat had we not arrived when we did, and he made it clear he had every intention of manually forcing our boat out of "his" spot. So just FYI to anyone who wants to bring their boat, the gentleman who rents slip #9 for July 4th has an intense sense of entitlement and will absolutely untie your boat if you accidentally end up in his spot. Other than that, the marina was great and very clean!

We live aboard our catamaran full time, so finding a yard we can trust matters a lot to us. Denis Point Marina delivered on every front.
We came in to haul out, step the mast down, and get some welding done . The yard arranged everything for us, the welder showed up, and it all went smoothly. No drama, no chasing people down, no surprises. Just clear communication from the start and a management team that actually follows through.
At Denis Point you're allowed to work on your own boat. But they also have the connections and the services when you need professional help. Best of both worlds for a liveaboard.Good facilities, real people, fair value. We'll be back.

We have just became full time rvers and Heather at dennis point marina and campground has been absolutely amazing. She has welcomed us with open arms and a friendly smile when we have any questions or concerns. It's nice to have the marina there for a place to keep my boat.the campground offers everything you'll need for a nice getaway.

My husband has tried to reach out numerous times, no one answered. Very unorganized and unprofessional. I'm not trying to come off as a Karen but I genuinely have never had this type of service before. Moved his stuff without telling him. You guys need to be more professional and learn how to give customers the best experience because they are paying customers at the end of the day, and from the other reviews I've seen it looks like we're not the only ones who've experienced this. I really do hope I am able to change my opinion in the future about you guys.

As a current customer, this marina has given me so many problems, and Everytime there was a problem and I complained, they would never respond to my complaint but just with the next monthly bill, not only that but a price was and agreed and was told that how much I would be paying. And all the sudden it changed not once but twice. Everytime I tried calling or emailing for the past 4 months, no response ever. Have sent over 40 emails and had even called at least 100+ times throughout the 4 months. Luckily today the phone was picked up to pay my bill. As a customer, I would definitely not recommend this marina, and would avoid it if possible, till then my thoughts on this marina will not change until these problems have been fixed.
