Our family rented 5 of the 6 cottages last weekend for a tribute to our late brother. He loved staying at Coles Point a long time ago, so it was perfect for us. The cottages were adorable and the view was amazing!!! Beach area was awesome for the kids!! The restaurant/bar was nice and convenient too. It was so great getting all the family together and having an awesome time!! Shout out to the office ladies Lea and Brittney, they were so nice!! Hopefully we will make this an annual event.

Stayed at the marina. New owners working hard to to fix years of neglect. All of the renovated areas are great and will eventually be a top marina in the area. Nice renovated restaurant and bar. Cottages and campground look nice. Boat ramp and boat maintenance. Fuel dock.
On the weekend I did not see any dock hands.

Great views, friendly staff at the store. Seems like they’re improving the place. Unfortunately, we found a lot of nails, screws, etc in the gravel using a roofing magnet around the sites. Naturally we got about 90 miles away and got a flat, had a screw in 2 of 4 trailer tires.

Went with a friend for the first time since it's opening on Mother's Day and was not impressed. I absolutely love Marina restaurants, but this one did not meet the mark. You usually like the outside deck at these restaurants for the view and the breeze, but all we got in the breeze was cigarette smoke. If you went inside, the area was sticky and hot. No service received and we got up and left and went to another marina where we received immediate service.

Plenty of parking. Fair pricing. Great service. They're new to the scene and once fully staffed it will be an exceptional place.
