Dan the host, was delightful. The room we had was comfortable and clean. Breakfast of eggs, hash browns, homemade bread and fruit was perfect for our long day ahead. If you have any questions at all about the trail, just ask Dan! He knows everything iabout the trail, ncluding mile markers. That was very helpful when trying to navigate our trip 😀

Dan was great. His knowledge about the trail was very helpful in our planning ( due to the pedestrian bridge out at Harpers Ferry) and provided a nice breakfast and other amenities. Convenient to trail as well

Dan is an excellent host and storyteller and so generous with his time! He saw that our bikes were caked with mud and did not mind bringing them in, and better yet, he hosed them off so we could have relatively clean bikes on our last day. What a gem of a person and place, you can really see the passion he has for the area and C&O. A great place to stop.

I stayed at Dan's B&B recently and cannot speak highly enough about my experience. Dan's knowledge of the trail network and biking in general was immense and invaluable; I was grateful that he provided excellent recommendations for places to stop along the rest of the trail to make sure I would have enough food. I enjoyed our conversations, breakfast was amazing, and I greatly appreciated the chance to do laundry midway through my journey!

Great place to rest your head for the night. Very nice beds. Breakfast was great and fueled us for the morning. The owner, Dan, is very knowledgeable about the GAP/C&O trail.
