Went on the 12-3 pm Elvis Buffet Cruise on 8/17/25. Was told seating was assigned and no need to get there too early and that boarding did not begin until 11:30 am. Got on the boat at 11:30 am and dining deck was already full with just 3 open tables that were marked "reserved" (told not for us) and no place for my party of 6 to sit together. The food was all picked over by then and the eggs were cold. I approached 3 staff members who kind of blew me off when I asked where we could sit together and that I specifically asked what time we should get there for just this reason. Anyway, Donny Elvis was a lot of fun, but the rest was definitely not nearly worth the price and was very unorganized and we did not appreciate the crews attitude or their lack of wanting to help us out in finding our "assigned" seating together, which is what I was told in a reply email by their event coordinator (along with no boarding until 11:30). I mean - the dining room was full, food was cold and picked over, and people were already done with their meal when we boarded at 11:30!

Very relaxing cruises on the Caloosahatchee. Food was a lot better than most fancy weddings I've been to, just a really pleasant couple of hours, sat back & enjoyed the ride TWICE. Would have liked to go a 3rd time but cancer & mobility issues got in the way, and now they're closed permanently here. 😢

What a shame! I have been on the Captain JP many times from 2009-2019 and always had an amazing time. This years Halloween Booze cruise was horrific. The “new” boat was a huge disappointment. It is basically an office building with uncomfortably low ceilings floating on the Hudson. The old one felt grand. It was much more spacious with a sweeping staircase and indoor balcony. I kept saying where’s the rest of the boat? There was no photographer like in previous years, no band, and a very shady crowd. I watched multiple people try to fight one another. The three djs’ played all the same music, and everything smelled like weed. It was so crowded inside with very little room to dance. We almost got off the boat before it took off. It makes me really sad because I used to adore the Halloween cruises. Never again.

All I have to say is: WOW!!! We joined a cruise with the Pride center in Albany on 8/24/24. Unlike Gilligan's Island, our 3 hour cruise was absolutely fantastic at every turn. The food, atmosphere, music, everything done perfectly. What a beautiful experience!! Thank you to all involved.
