I went to an Alive at 5 concert here and I was highly impressed by the sound! You would never think it was being held under a bridge. Food trucks were delicious! We tried the gyro truck and the taco truck. Also grabbed a fresh squeezed lemonade. Will definitely return.

The Corning Preserve Boat Launch is a fantastic spot to get out on the water. The view of the river and the old railroad bridge is really scenic, and it's super convenient that the launch is open 24/7.
The boat ramp is well-maintained and the parking is a plus. It can get a bit busy on weekends, so it's best to arrive early if you want to find a good spot. Overall, a great place for a day on the river.

I picked up my husband here after he completed The Erie Canal Rail Trail, 360 miles on his bicycle. Woohoo!! You can watch it on his YouTube channel #stevetakesabikehike

Went to alive at 5. The new park was not finished, although they said it was because of rain that didn't happen. The walking bridge is too long and steep. Work all day then hike. Didn't feel like a free relaxing show because of the hike in and out. Keep alive at 5 by the river. Plenty of room with a breaze. I know it's the Hudson. Air is still better moving.
