My sanctuary for the last 3 years. Thus place is so magical every day of the year. I have been visiting it weekly since my daughter goes to a gymnastics class nearby. I love every part of the garden, in all of it's levels. The garden changes through the winter, fall, spring and summer and it is beautiful and magnificent to witness that. I feel so grateful fir the staff the work and volunteer there.

I was completely blown away by my visit to Untermyer Gardens. The grounds are amazingly beautiful, peaceful, and meticulously cared for. From the breathtaking Indo-Persian Walled Garden to the scenic views overlooking the Hudson, every corner is a photo opportunity. It is the perfect place for a relaxing walk, a date, or just to sit and enjoy nature. The fact that admission is free is incredible for a park of this caliber. Highly recommend visiting!

I've been looking for things to do around NY. I never knew this park existed, but came across it on social media.

This is a beautiful place to visit when you feel like being outside and enjoying nature and the view was beautiful. It also had nice walking trails, sp pepare for a lot of walking (if you choose to explore).

There is also a designated area with picnic tables where you can sit and eat.

A must-visit! Untermyer Gardens is a beautiful place with stunning scenery and countless photo opportunities. Walkability – The gardens are easy to walk through, with beautiful paths that let you take your time and enjoy every corner.

Photography – Such a beautiful place for photography. Every area has something unique to capture, from the gardens and fountains to the architectural details. If you're planning a professional or special event photoshoot, a permit is required.

Maintenance – Everything felt clean and very well cared for, which made the visit even more enjoyable.

Parking – Free parking is available. Admission is free as well, although donations are appreciated.

Overall – We really enjoyed spending time here. It's peaceful, beautifully designed, and a wonderful place to walk, take photos, and simply enjoy the surroundings. 🌿📸✨
