The Mid-Hudson Bridge is such a beautiful spot and a joy to cross! Whether you’re driving or walking, the views of the Hudson River and surrounding hills are absolutely breathtaking. There’s a pedestrian walkway with plenty of spots to stop, take photos, and just enjoy the scenery. It’s clean, well maintained, and connects easily to the Walkway Over the Hudson and the lovely waterfront parks on both sides. Especially nice at sunrise or sunset when the sky reflects off the water. A true Hudson Valley gem!

Is this the 8th wonder of the world, Maybe!

Beautiful views, smooth surface for walking or riding. Bathrooms are at both ends and good trucks are available too.

If you don't mind waiting in traffic to get across the bridge because there's always a accident on the other side so be early if you're going to get across the bridge

Beautiful walk, windy but it's a nice path. Bring a bike or a scooter if you want! No stairs to worry about if you got problems with steps either.

What a unique experience.. Music on the FDR Mid-Hudson Bridge created from components of the bridge! A creative piece of art.. It's an approximately 4 mile scenic loop, very easy to walk. You have the opportunity to listen to contemporary classical music created by Composer, Joseph Bertolozzi. The "Bridge Music" was launched in 2009. This is a free sound-art installation of the highest technical quality, that is fun and impressive to listen to. Blend the music with the scenery, and you have a masterpiece. Well worth a visit!
