Beautiful station. An amazing view of the nearby mountains on the other side of the Hudson River. I take this train to go home from my vacation up there. Going home is the worse part, but being at this station makes things better. The station is usually not crowded and trains seems to always arrive/depart on time when I'm there. Even if the train were a few minutes late, the amazing view you get from there is definitely worth the wait.

This train station is stunning!! Late for your train?…stare at the most beautiful scenery while you wait. Feeling chilly? Go in the heat houses and just push the button!! Thirsty after being in the heat house? Have no fear! There are vending machines on the platform!!

We were in town to hike the Camp Smith trail, and enjoyed these waterfront views upon our return to the station homeward bound for NYC.

I love that you could easily access the water from this station.
