This is a no frills access point to Roundout Creek. There is parking, and easy water access if you don’t mind getting our feet wet. No dock or drinking water access. We headed right (upstream) after launching, and paddled until we got to a rocky area with fast moving water (near the Rod and Gun Club).

The water was clear enough to see the small fish, and we saw some big fish jumping out of the water. It was a nice paddle.

Nice place to kayak with an easy put in area. You can go about 3/4 of mile down stream until you get to the dam or upstream about a mile until you get to some small rapids.

A mated pair of Otters moved in. Now the fishing is not as good..but it's still beautiful.

Ideal spot for very relaxing kayaking

One of my fav fishing spots to bring the kids. Easy to find, and usually never too busy.
