This park has access to the Ohio River, playground, baseball diamonds, restrooms, and the Ohio River Trail passes through it. The boat ramp was flooded today after 2 days of heavy rain. Made for some interesting pictures.

Great place for events

We enjoyed a beautiful Friday night here at the Ohio River Paddlefest Expo. Plenty of parking, helpful volunteers, several outdoor adventure/nature-oriented booths, outstanding bluegrass bands and Madtree Psychopathy on tap. My favorite experience was meeting a live Red-Tailed Hawk at the Raptor INC booth - what an incredible organization! My only disappointment was the limited number of food trucks - a with my fave running out of food just as I reached the front of the line. [Next time, I'll pack my own meal - and bring a water bottle.] Otherwise, Cheers to a good time - and a wonderful cause!
