This place has explosive wealth potential. Came here with my tools and boys. Right away struck raw mineral bonanza. Can’t believe the Dutch missed this gem. Flew my drone and did some 4 d scans of the pits and calculated extraction could be finished ahead of time in less than 10 years. Place would probably not return to normal though. Huge investment returns guaranteed. Let me know!

I visited this place way too early in the spring, before any trees got green, but once the spring is in full bloom this would be a wonderful place for a walk. Nice and flat, no hills to climb, thos is the place to see some space. Plenty of wildlife in the distance, beavers, birds and lizards.
Small parking is available on the east bank free of charge at the time of my visit.
Bring binoculars if you have!

Would be nice if it had a dock. Not easy to tie boat up and enjoy the area, but once on the island it is nice.

Don't follow Google maps..it brings you to a residential street..no access to it. I believe it's only accessible by boat
