This park is tiny, but perfect for a quiet walk on the rocks along the Hudson shoreline, or a fun picnic with kids.

Someone was fishing and it was the perfect spot- no crowd.

It was super clean and well kept. There aren't any bathrooms and it is a bit of a maze to find it. But a small gem to take a break from the hustle, or read a book by the water while enjoying beautiful views of the Hudson

There is a small dock and a boat launch.
Very limited parking.

Could not find any signs for this park. Parked in a small lot of 9W. Walked down gravel road to the river. Some old buildings down below. Lots of bricks on the waterfront. I believe this was the site of an old brick yard. Wonder if this is a State preserve area or if there are future plans to develope the park?

A secluded beach on the Hudson river, I stumbled on this park shortly after snowfall, and was the first to set foot on the shores of the river, treating me to an untouched view of the waterfront and snow.

Google thinks the Malden boat launch (Town of Saugerties)and pocket park is part of Bristol Beach State Park. Many of the photos here are of the town park
