The sidewalks are piled with snow and never cleared after a storm even though this bridge has heavy pedestrian traffic. I see people walking in the roadway with drivers going 50+ mph because the sidewalks are completely iced over in the winter

Never any traffic, but a tighter non-pedestrian traffic friendly bridge.
