This is a great quiet spot to visit, and it’s really cool to be able to say you’ve been in three places at once. It’s usually clean, peaceful, and has nice views. No one bothers you, and it’s the perfect place to just relax and take it in. Definitely worth checking out! We do light fishing nothing crazy but the boys love it

Very cool place to stop, I was passing through and saw it on my navigation.
So I decided to stop and check it out. You access by entering the cemetery and drive to the end under the highway.

A set of steps or a handrail would make the walk down to the monument safer, but the climb isn't too bad.

Suppressing locations, we can drive to last leg through a large cemetery. Note google maps directs to exit gate rather than entryway. Enter gate is connected to main road. Place is ok not much crowded super maintained. It’s under the bridge.

This place does exist. Susquehanna River does rise tremendously with alot of rain and melting snow. You must enter via the cemetery entrance, which is located next to South Street, follow the road through the cemetery towards the bridge. It was interesting to see the old headstones dated in the 1800's.
There are designated parking spots under the bridge, however terrain to the monument is rough, uneven, and slippery went wet!
As for the monument, very simple yet cool to experience. I've been to the reservation to see Four corners, which is a huge tourist attraction. So to see this tri-state monument was fun. So many times, I've traveled this bridge and never knew it was here.
