An amazing museum that brings history to life! We had two fantastic guides (Bob and Stan)! They provided a lot of great information! It was awesome to see the planes and to read about their histories. I would definitely visit here again!! Admission is free!

Phenomenal museum! Especially during their cockpit Saturdays, 3rd Sat of each Month when most of the aircraft can be accessed. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable! Most are veterans. We came here especially for the B17 but left with so much more. Cannot wait to return!

One of its kind Museum about Military cargo and air refueling aircraft with some unique planes. All displayed aircraft are very well preserved in perfect condition. Even the outdoor exhibits are surprisingly well preserved. The Museum is really taking care about their airplanes and facility. Museum Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Had great conversations with the voluntary veterans. Due to ice and snow the area outside was closed due to safety reasons. I will be back once the weather improves. Highly recommended!

This was an excellent experience! My brother and I went there for the weekend after a boat show in Maryland. We grew up in Dover in the '60s and '70s. It was a walk down memory lane. The guides are truly excellent and we even got a private tour of the museum photographer's office. This is a highly recommended visit when you are in Dover Delaware.

Sooooo cool. Great history and being able to walk under and around the aircraft really brings their scale into perspective. I also got to walk around and touch an A-10 Warthog!! My favorite military aircraft!!! And best of all....FREE!!! Though I do encourage you to leave a donation! The veteran volunteers are so nice, the gift shop has plenty for kids and adults. It's easy stop right off Route 1.
